How we work

Open book, from the first conversation.

How we charge, how you hear from us, and how we get from kick-off to your first pieces in production.

How you pay

Every cost in view.

No margin hidden in a unit price. You see what the factory charges, and you see what we charge.

See the packages
  1. Factories invoice you directly, at their price

Every cost line is visible to you, piece by piece.

  2. We charge a monthly retainer and a processing fee

Agreed up front and set by your package.

  3. Metal and stones pass through at cost

So production spend follows the market, not our margin.

  4. Any partner fees are written into your agreement

Fees we receive from factories or Network partners are disclosed to you and never added to your invoices.

How you hear from us

A decision every month, not just a report.

Monthly report · every package

What shipped, what’s due, what was spent, and anything late or rejected, with the reason.

Cost watch · Momentum and Future

A card for each piece whose unit cost moves past an agreed threshold, so margin problems surface before they reach your P&L.

Always ends with a decision

Options, a recommendation and a deadline. You approve; we act.

Cost watch · example

Signet ring, 18k rose

£412 → £458

Unit cost at launch, then now: up 11%.

What moved it: metal +£38, setting labour +£11, currency −£3. Wholesale margin down 6 points.

Your options: raise wholesale by £45, or take 0.6 g off the shank in the next run. Decision needed by the next order.
