A Production and Supply Chain consultant and director, Charles has established himself as a leader in the Fine and High Jewellery industry with 20 years of experience building and leading brands.
That success was the catalyst for Future Cast. Founded by Charles, Future Casts’ mission was to focus on customer centricity with a comprehensive and innovative development and casting service.
Having met some years previously, Charles and William worked together on the acquisition of Future Cast by a leading manufacturer-retailer, with Charles joining as Production and Supply Chain director.
Now Charles and William are working together again to deliver on Future Productions’ brief to deliver comfort and confidence in product development and production.

Over the last 10 years, William has established himself as Product Development and Production specialist and consultant within the Fine and Demi-Fine Jewellery sectors.
Working primarily with start-up and scale-up businesses, William has focused on innovation within and scalability of production, product development and the supporting operations geared to sustainable growth.
Having met some years previously, William and Charles worked together on the acquisition of Future Cast by a leading manufacturer-retailer, where William led the production and development departments.
Now William and Charles are working together again to deliver on Future Productions’ brief to deliver comfort and confidence in product development and production.

With 10 years of Supply Chain excellence across Ecommerce, D2C and Boutiques, Kieta joins Future Production to give us advantage and expertise in Luxury supply chain and logistics.
With leadership roles in leading global businesses, Kieta has doubled down on the efficiencies and marginal gains that can be leveraged from a well oiled supply chain.
Now onboard, Kieta is working with Charles and William to implement these same gains at Future Production.
